GOH is my springboard to the Olympics in Beijing!

Hi! I’m Lisa Nordén and I’m the Swedish triathlon champion. I use Generations of Health products and I am more than satisfied with them. GOH products are now an integral part of my everyday programme. I spend a lot of time training - you might even say an extreme amount, as I train between 20 and 25 hours a week. My food intake is important - without the correct diet, I wouldn’t have the energy for the training, nor would I really benefit from it. Energy, musculature, fat percentage and a feeling of contentment are all factors that play a big role in training. This is why my collaboration with GOH is important in my preparation for the Olympics.

How, then, do I use GOH products?

Here is my programme for a normal Thursday:

7.30 Breakfast: a bowl of yoghurt with muesli and 1 tsp

Stability, a slice of bread with something low-fat on top,

2 capsules of Active-H, 1 capsule of Essential Fatty Acids

9.00 1.5 hours of gentle swimming, technique

11.00 2 items of fruit

12.00 Lunch

15.00 200-300 ml milk, 100 g raspberries, 1 tsp Barley mixed to a smoothie and topped with muesli, nuts, seeds according to taste. Possibly a sandwich.

16.30 10 Pro Shape tablets

17.00 Strenuous running, long intervals (around 16 km in total, 1.5 hours)

18.30 200 ml milk, ½ banana, cinnamon, 1 tsp Barley mixed to a smoothie

19.30 Dinner, 2 capsules Active-H, 1 capsule Essential Fatty Acids

21.00 1 hour of more strenuous swimming

22.30 Fruit salad, topped with Stability, 1 cup of tea

23.00 Bedtime!

Since I started to use the products, I have noticed a distinct improvement in the quality of my food intake. The barley is fantastic as a snack and for recovery after exertion. With a little imagination, it’s easy to make it tasty – simply using a bit of fresh or frozen fruit, you can knock together a delicious smoothie in less than two minutes. And time is an important factor when you get home from a long training session on a bike - you can’t be bothered, and lack the energy, to mess about in the kitchen.

The Barley fills up my energy reserves, and also keeps the blood sugar at an even level. It feels comfortable in the stomach too, even during extreme exertion such as running. It also provides many important vitamins and minerals, but with a low fat content. Master Amino Acid Pattern MAP® is a very interesting supplement that I use a lot. I take it to optimise muscular activity. In the triathlon, it’s primarily the muscles that do the work, effectively from top to toe. I can run hard without needing a fuel supply of heavy food in the stomach that would very easily cause cramps and a stitch. My body can do more work, and work harder, which are the keys to improved results.

Push yourselves!
Lisa
